Who is this challenge for?

We created the 100 Days of Discipline challenge because we saw an opportunity to bring together a like-minded community of individuals who are passionate about growing themselves not only physically but mentally as well.

 

If you have tried other methods but have failed, are tired of not seeing results, and are wanting to be part of a supportive fitness community, then consider joining us for a transformational 100 days as we focus on increasing your foundational strength, creating healthier habits, and learning calisthenics skills at the same time. This challenge is suitable for all fitness levels.
