WHO WE ARE
A 100-day challenge is no joke. You have to be willing to put in the work and see the results, but if you do it right, the rewards are huge.
That’s what Luke learned when he decided to “get his life together” and begin a 100-day challenge on Instagram. It was 2019 and he had enough of his own mediocrity and excuses; Luke knew he could and should be so much more as a man. The challenge was 100 consecutive days of bodyweight workouts. Luke would post on his Instagram story daily, both as an accountability tool and as a means to motivate his audience.
Meanwhile, across the globe, Matthew was living in Hong Kong and working for a large multinational company. It was roughly 60 days into Luke’s challenge when Matthew noticed how much improvement it had brought to Luke’s life (and his physical appearance). Motivated, Matthew started the 100-day challenge as well.
During the first 100 days, Matthew came back from Hong Kong to visit Canada and stayed with Luke. Their bond and friendship deepened over their shared value of discipline and a commitment to each other's success. The culture at 100 Days sprang from this experience: a community of people coming together to commit to lifelong change.

Between the two of them they had 50+ people reach out and thank them for posting their challenge as it motivated them to workout.

They even had a few other men and women around the planet start a 100-day challenge because of them! It was remarkable to see how many people were motivated by their example and felt inspired to take action.
After their 100 days was completed they both knew that this was no longer just a 100-day challenge, but a new way of living. Calisthenics workouts, every day, for the rest of their lives. It was what felt right. The discipline began to bleed into all areas of their lives, most notably in their businesses and their relationships.
Overall the results were astounding: they built muscle and gained more energy; they became more productive in their businesses; they got stronger; slept better; experienced far fewer injuries than before; felt happier; and even more interesting to them was how much happier everyone around them seemed as well!
What started as a challenge of personal accountability, quickly evolved into a new way of living. Luke and Matthew were two best friends who knew they could do more. Two men saw a need in their own lives—a need for discipline and accountability on their goals. They realized that they were making too many excuses in life, and made a decision to change that.
