What happens if I get sick/injured?
Movement is medicine. We have "safety" days if you are injured or sick. Of course, sometimes 100% rest is absolutely what is needed, however in our experience most often it is just an excuse not to move. Beware of the justification monster.
What will the workouts look like?
Simple bodyweight workouts. 5-6 types of exercises done 3 times each is all it takes. Typically it will take 30-45 minutes to complete. These are designed for everyone!
Why do I have to post my workouts to my Instagram story?
For those who are 'ALL IN' you need to post daily on your Instagram story to qualify for the prizes at the end and to get the complete 100 days of discipline experience. We do this to motivate each other and our close friends and family. It is also the most powerful tool for holding yourself accountable.
How much space do I need to work out?
Typically the space of a yoga mat is enough!
How long do the workouts take?
We have designed these for everybody. On average the workouts will take 30-45 minutes. 10-15 minutes per set.
I'm not confident in my physical fitness level. Am I able to complete the 100 Days of Discipline challenge?
Absolutely. The Easy difficulty is designed for people who have not exercised in years and years or ever. It is also designed for people who have minor injuries.
What kind of coaches are featured?
Do I need a gym membership?
No! 100% of these workouts can be done from home.
Do I need equipment?
For Easy difficulty: yoga mat
For Medium difficulty: yoga mat, pull up bar (if you do not have a pull-up bar on the days required you can do easy difficulty)
For Rough difficulty: yoga mat, pull up bar/rings
Resiliency and grit will be crucial during the 100 days challenge, that's why we have all types of coaches with a focus on mental and physical performance. You will experience classes that help you better understand your mind as well as various types of yoga and much, much more!
Is there a diet plan?
Yes! Our 2 in-house nutritionists have created a comprehensive 69 page Nutrition Handbook that includes meal plans, recipes, grocery shopping guides & more for animal based, plant based & paleo diets.
