Spring Exercise & Cold Plunge Challenge



Join us every Wednesday at 7:30am at Kitsilano Beach (right in front of the Boat House Restaurant) 1499 Arbutus Street, Vancouver, BC, V6J 5N2, Canada
for a refreshing and invigorating cold plunge and workout event! Hosted by 100 Days of Discipline in collaboration with The Flying Sage, this weekly event is the perfect way to start your day with a boost of energy and focus.
Each session will begin with breathwork, then we will move into a full-body guided workout that will get your blood flowing and muscles moving. After this, we will cold plunge into the ocean for 3 minutes.


For those that would like an extra test, we are starting another 12 week challenge to help keep the community accountable. By attending every week for 12 weeks, you'll have the chance to win prizes from both 100 Days of Discipline & The Flying Sage which include free classes, calisthenics gear, wellness supplements, and so much more. Plus, you'll be joining a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to improving their physical and mental health.
The challenge will start on April 19th and run until July 5th.
